Vale Cottage 4 Star Rated
This 17th Century cottage is located in Wrelton, a small
village two miles from Pickering on the edge of the North Yorkshire
Moors National Park.
The cottage is gas centrally heated and decorated
to a high standard with beamed ceilings, exposed stonework,
an open wooden staircase and is double glazed throughout.
There is a modern kitchen with cooker, microwave, washer,
toaster and kettle; cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
are provided.
The comfortable lounge has two sofas, gas fire, TV
and a dining table for four. For your convenience there
is a high chair and cot available.
Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, one double and
one twin bedded room. The newly installed family bathroom has a bath, large shower
cubicle and a toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
Off road parking is provided for two cars and well behaved
pets are allowed with prior consent.

There is a friendly pub nearby serving good food and fine ales.
The cottage is ideal for exploring the countryside and coast with
Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Scarborough all within easy
reach. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway is located in Pickering
and Flamingo Land is only six miles away. The medieval city of
York is forty minutes away with lots of attractions, shopping,
the celebrated York Minster and York city walls.
