Caravans Regional Tourist Board Inspected
Cliff Farm offers a choice of two static caravans, Poplar
and Oak, for holiday lets or a Caravan Club CL touring
site. Both caravans now offer central heating and double glazing
for the colder times of the year and winter breaks.
The two static caravans are both six berth, individually
sited with a lawned area, safe for children to play. The
accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a separate toilet and hand basin. There is a separate door from the corridor to the bathroom. There is also a twin bedded
room.
The kitchen
has a full gas cooker, fridge and instant hot water heater;
crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. The
dining area / lounge also serves as an additional double
bedroom and has a TV and additional electric/gas fire. Mains water, electricity and bottled
gas are provided. Please bring your own linen and personal towels.

The Caravan Club CL touring paddock is over an
acre with views across Ryedale. It is equipped with 16 amp
electric hook ups, toilets, washing and shower facilities.
Farm walks have been created for the use of guests and the
village of Sinnington is only 15 minutes walk with a pub
and restaurant.

Prices for 2010: Oak and Poplar - £220.00
to £300.00 per week.
The Caravan Club CL paddock - £9.00 per night with Electricity,
£1.00 per awning.
